How long until my friend receives their card?

    We send out cards as quickly as possible within seven business days from the time that we receive your order.

    What if I have an older version of Excel?

    We have done our best to create a form that will work for as many operating systems and versions of Excel as possible. If you have an older version of Excel and experience problems, you may need to upgrade Excel before using our bulk upload option.

    If you need help please use the contact page to tell us what isn’t working for you and we’ll work with you to process your order.

    Is CVM a financially credible organization?

    We take our responsibility to use funds wisely very seriously and always strive to use donations to make the biggest possible impact in our ministry. God calls us to be good stewards of the gifts we have been given and our heart is to put God first follow his will and operate with the highest integrity.

    Why veterinarians as missionaries?

    A healthy animal can literally make the difference between life and death for an entire family. In places where a missionary isn’t welcome someone with veterinary skills is invited in to share their expertise. As animals are treated and trust is built veterinarians get the chance to share the good news of Jesus Christ. Check out this video.

    Is my donation tax-deductible?

    Yes, all donations are tax-deductible. Christian Veterinary Mission is a 501c3 organization.

    How do I get a tax receipt?

    You will receive an emailed receipt for online donations. At years end you will receive a hard copy gift summary if your donations total at least $100.

    Can I donate with a check?

    Our online system can’t process checks as part of an order. But if you need to donate by check you can call Shannon at (706) 836-8793 and she can process your order over the phone.

    Where do my donations go?

    Your donations go into Christian Veterinary Mission’s greatest need fund and will be used to minister to people through veterinary medicine where it is most needed.

    How do I update my credit card information?

    We are currently working on creating a way for our system to save your credit card information, but for now our system will only remember your name and address. To update your card information with the Christian Veterinary Mission overall, contact our Donor Services Department at (206) 801-5511 or by email at info@rememberapet.org

    How do you use my information?

    All information you share with us for sending cards is kept securely and used only to help us process your order correctly. We will not add you to any mailing lists (unless you tell us you want to be added) and we will not use the information you share about card recipients for anything other than sending their cards. Ever.

    Can I send my card orders by fax or mail?

    Remember a Pet uses an online shop for our cards which makes it tricky to process cards by fax or mail. But if you’re having trouble with our online system and need a different way to send cards you can call Shannon at (706) 836-8793 to work out an alternative.

    Can I view past orders?

    If you have an account with us, yes. Log in to your account and view your previous orders.

    How do I find out how much I have donated over the year?

    At the end of the year, Christian Veterinary Mission will provide you with a giving summary. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to view your past donations.

    Can my donation go to a long-term field staff member or short-term account?

    All Remember a Pet donations go into our Greatest Need Fund to support Christian Veterinary Mission ministries where the need is greatest.

    What can my clinic do to represent CVM?

    We have plenty of resources available for you to use in your clinic to view them click here. We encourage you to look at your work environment as a place for ministry and we hope that you’ll join us in expressing Christ’s love through veterinary medicine.
